C. ATHLETIC CALENDAR (REGISTRATION FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN BEFORE PRACTICE)
1. FALL SPORTS:
a. Football
Football season will begin on the first Saturday in August 1. There may be no practices before this date.
Total weekly practice and game time shall not exceed a maximum of six hours. ANY practice session shall not exceed two hours in length. A game shall count as 1 and ½ hours. The maximum number of game sessions and/or practice sessions shall not exceed four per week.
There shall be no "two a day" practices allowed.
Coaches should be aware of any signs of heat illness or problems associated with heat and humidity. Water breaks are encouraged.
b. Softball
Softball season will begin on the August 1. There may be no practices before this date.
Total weekly practice and game time shall not exceed a maximum of six hours. ANY practice session shall not exceed two hours in length. A game shall count as 1 and ½ hours. The maximum number of game sessions and/or practice sessions shall not exceed four per week.
c. Cheerleading
Practice and games may be 6 hours per week. Exclusive of team, summer camps, practice begins first August 1.

Cross Country season will begin on August 1. There may be no practices before this date.
